Launched in early 2024 by NDIS Property Australia, SDA Housing Assist emerged to fill a critical gap in SDA tenancy support. What began as an idea has evolved into a trusted service that connects investors with providers and participants, improving outcomes for SDA homes nationwide.

We operate on a straightforward model with no commission, procurement fee, or hidden costs. Services are month-to-month and cancellable with two weeks' notice, ensuring you're in control every step of the way.

Our team combines deep SDA market knowledge with practical, boots-on-the-ground outreach, researching, cold calling, and promoting properties across networks. We don’t replace providers; instead, we support them and you wherever traditional avenues fall short.

Success takes time and we're upfront about it. We provide clear fortnightly updates, and adjust our involvement depending on how close the property is to completion ranging from 2 to 6 hours of engagement. No guarantees, just honest effort.
